BTSE Lists WOO Token, Enters Strategic Partnership with Wootrade

BTSE has added WOO, Wootrade’s native token, to its spot trading list. As announced in February, BTSE joined the Wootrade Network in a strategic partnership that enhances its platform’s liquidity.

Wootrade (WOO), a creation of the quantitative trading firm Kronos Research, will benefit BTSE exchange users by offering an edge for liquidity and spreads. It will also aggregate liquidity and provide trading depth for B2B clients with no fees.

The Wootrade trading platform has an API that helps connect crypto exchanges and other trading platforms to their network.

BTSE will leverage Wootrade’s liquidity pool to tighten spreads and offer better execution prices for all its users. Wootrade will benefit from BTSE’s industry-leading exchange, which will provide its native token (WOO) with wider exposure.

The BTSE team is excited to join forces with Wootrade and is eager to add WOO to their platform so that their users can take advantage of the token directly.

“BTSE and Wootrade together will be able to provide a better system for liquidity that benefits crypto as a whole. By using the Wootrade Network, this allows BTSE to connect to LFPs and MMs that can create better market prices that will benefit BTSE users,” the BTSE team noted.

Benefits of the New Partnership

BTSE is currently capable of handling more than a million order requests per second and stores 99.9% of customer funds in cold storage as a safeguard against hackers. The exchange offers a suite of financial services such as OTC, DeFi, and asset management.

BTSE’s integration with Wootrade will offer the exchange a better execution price for users and high-quality crypto liquidity regardless of the trade size.

Since Wootrade provides a gateway to its network of liquidity, it will enable BTSE to automate backend-related operations, such as internal market-making and maintenance of internal order books.

Wootrade will essentially function as a custodian for the exchange’s liquidity, freeing BTSE to focus primarily on end-user enhancement such as community building, new features, and security.

BTSE will take advantage of the Wootrade Network’s Zealous Rhino Staking program and connect to liquidity flow providers (LFPs) and market makers (MMs) that create better market prices for clients. This way, BTSE users will have access to quotes for a trade that is as close to market value as possible.
