Ethereum London Hard Fork Completed

BTSE has now reopened deposits and withdrawals of ETH and all ERC-20 tokens, following the completion of the Ethereum (ETH) “London” hard fork.

BTSE supported the hard fork, which took place at Ethereum block 12 965 000, with approximate times provided for general reference only. Trading of ETH and all ERC-20 tokens was not affected during the upgrade.

For more information, please refer to Ethereum London hard fork announcement.

The London hard fork is considered a significant update leading up to the launch of Ethereum 2.0 and is likely to mean lower fees for users in the interim.
